What's coming in Manchester until March 2009

The day has two principle aims
1) give update on where the council/AGMA is up to, what the coming issues and events are in 2008/9
2) constructive dialogue between existing groups and individuals on how better to communicate and co-ordinate actions in Manchester on climate change

two half hour slots, so that people can go to 2 out of the 5 strands... (food, retrofitting, community owned renewables, transport and a complimentary strategy itself)

Pre-done SWOT analysis for each group
Anonymous sheets for people to fill in and drop in relevant boxes for each group to take away and analyse
What are the overlaps?
What are the synergies?

What are the gaps?
What has worked well in the past?
How should "we" be responding to the council's plans?
Product- agreed means of communication between various groups
